How do I purchase a service?

You can navigate to the Services section of the website and choose which service you'd like to purchase. You'll be prompted to specify your preferred turnaround time, as well as any special word counts we need to take into consideration. Upon ordering, you'll be asked to fill out a form where you can email any required documents and provide us with any special instructions.

Where can I upload my documents?

Please upload any documents under the "Document Upload" page at the top. Alternatively, you can email us at info@themarblewriter.com. If emailing your documents to us, please include your name and order number in the subject line.

Can I ask for revisions?

Absolutely! Just email us back once we send you your final product. We offer unlimited revisions at no added price!

Do you use AI?

Absolutely not. We do not use any type of AI editing or writing software for any of our services. Each final product has been edited and examined with a personal human touch. We also never use any automated citation engines - we only use the guidelines provided by each citation style's publisher, so each reference is held to publisher standards.

What's "Limestone to Marble"?

Coming soon! "Limestone to Marble" is a series of courses are designed to help you become more acquainted with the basics of writing and editing. These courses come at a fixed price and provide you with a certificate upon completion. They're completely self-paced and include short videos from a Marble Writer team member, as well as several quizzes and examples so that you can better retain the information.
